No Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please make sure to carefully review your order, shipping address, product details, and quantity before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at tidelumaservices@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund if the item qualifies.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for any items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must not be used, altered, or damaged after delivery in order to be considered for review.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, and only after we have reviewed and approved the request.
If a refund is approved, it will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
